Exchanges, Returns & Refund Policy

 

We want you to shop with confidence at Kids World.

 

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns & Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • A small fee of AED 25 applies to cover handling and delivery.
  • Returns on sale items or gift cards are not accepted
  • To be eligible for an Return or Exchange, items must:
    • Be unused and in original condition
    • Include original packaging, tags, and accessories
    • Not be damaged or altered in any way
    • Be accompanied by the order number or receipt
  • You can exchange your item for:
    • Another product of equal value
    • A different product (price difference will be adjusted)
    • Store credit valid for 3 months 

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or not functioning properly:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos of the issue

Once approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund or Store Credit (if replacement is not available)
  • No fees apply

Delivery & Exchange Fees

  • A small AED 25 service fee applies for return / exchange handling and delivery.
  • For defective or incorrect items: No fees apply

Gift Orders

Shopping for someone special?

 

If your order was marked as a gift, the recipient can:

  • Request an exchange using the Gift Exchange Receipt 
  • Choose a replacement item
  • Prices are not included in gift receipt.

Gift Exchange Policy

·        Gifts may be exchanged within 14 days from date of receipt.

·        Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in perfect condition.

·        An exchange service fee of AED 25 applies (includes pickup and redelivery).

·        Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

·        Refunds are not available for gift receipts.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged or returned:

  • Items that have been used, opened, or damaged
  • Items missing original packaging
  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

Processing Time

  • Return / Exchange requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days 
  • Delivery timelines for replacement items depend on location

How to Request a Return / Exchange

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return / exchange 
  • Preferred replacement or request for store credit

Refunds

Returned items will be inspected upon receipt, and we will notify you once your return has been approved.

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

 

Tabby & Tamara Payments

  • Refunds for orders paid via Tabby or Tamara will be processed only to the original payment provider
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on Tabby/Tamara processing
