1. How long does delivery take?
Same-day delivery is available on selected items in Dubai & Sharjah.
Standard delivery across the UAE usually takes 1–3 working days.
2. Do you deliver all over the UAE?
Yes, we deliver across the UAE. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the product, location, and courier availability.
3. How much is shipping?
Delivery is AED 19 for orders below AED 250. Orders of AED 250 and above qualify for free delivery.
4. Can I choose same-day delivery?
Same-day delivery is available only on selected products and selected areas. If an item is eligible, it will be mentioned on the product page.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online card payments, cash on delivery, and installment payments through Tabby and Tamara. The available options will be shown at checkout
6. Is payment on your website secure?
Yes, payments are processed through secure payment gateways.
7. Can I place a gift order?
Yes, you can choose Free gift wrapping and a Free greeting card by selecting gift option on product page or cart page.
8. Will every gift order include a bag?
Gift orders are prepared to be gift-ready, but very large items may be wrapped without an outer gift bag if no suitable size is available.
9. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not been dispatched yet, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help. Once an order has been shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
10. What is your return or exchange policy?
Returns or exchanges are accepted according to our store policy. Items should be unused, in original packaging, and requested within the allowed return period.
11. What if I am not available when the order arrives?
Our delivery partner may contact you to arrange delivery. If delivery is missed, a new attempt or rescheduling may be required.
